We tend to encounter challenges as we live life from day to day. Sometimes, the day to day challenges can grind us down to the dust. We need to feed ourselves daily with encouraging words, the words of life, to keep us afloat. Focus on the positive side of the challenges.
I have taken a rather drastic step in feeding myself the living Word and the Good News. I have given up TV for the last 10 years. It is amazing how much more stable and healthy I feel. My countenance is more pleasant. I rely mainly on the relationship I have with God for relaxation, inspiration, comfort and strength.
Be encouraged. Challenges tend to build strength and resilience into us.
As we go through challenges with determination and perseverance, we shall see a day in the future when we will emerge victorious.
Change is a challenge that results in growth.
May the grace and peace of Abba Father the Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
