Finding Common Ground

(a chapter from my book, Raising Kings)

For the LORD gives wisdom;
       from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.

Proverbs 2:6 NIV

I am writing to both Christians and non-Christians at the same time. I am writing in a language that both Christians and non-Christians can understand without requiring technical interpretation. I am writing in a language that is practical, pragmatic, down-to-earth and easy to understand.

As I am writing to people and people groups with wide and diverse background, I try to start by finding the common ground. After all, we are all citizens of planet earth. We all call this planet home. We haven’t yet perfected space colonization. We all have basic human needs.

Within Christian people and people groups, we have different churches and different denominations with different doctrinal values and beliefs. I would not like to navigate the maze of ecclesiastical and doctrinal constitutions within each denomination to try and work out the common ground for Christians. Other people have tried this path before. I have allowed Father to lead, and I have scribed Heaven on Earth for Abba Father. In Heaven on Earth, Father has identified most of what the common ground is for most Christians. It is uncomplicated and it is doable. In Heaven on Earth, we now have a book that documents the Christian values and beliefs in a simple way and that stands as the front face of the Church of Jesus Christ. Father has also identified what are the fundamental building blocks for stable, thriving and healthy communities for the Christian world as well as for all the people groups of the earth.

Also in Heaven on Earth, Father has identified the issues that concern the citizens of planet earth and identified the solutions that affect every single individual on planet earth. As human beings, we should be concerned about people-related issues, community-related issues, and nation-related issues – as we look forward to collaborating towards a common and global community.

These are the common ground for all the people groups of the earth that we will use as the springboard into the future. Heaven on Earth is meant to sow the seeds of faith into the present, so that we can start to dialogue and communicate ideas, innovate, and exercise our creativity. This is a starting point so that we can work together to see a better future. We are engaging the grace, might and creativity of Almighty God to come up with solutions and a harvest for the future because the Lord Jesus Christ is the Lord of the harvest.

Finding common ground as a starting point requires an understanding of the fundamental issues affecting all the people groups of the world. A human leader might have had to talk to many people in the world. There are so many people groups, and there are so many issues, enough for us to get lost in. As a human leader with a thriving relationship with God, I just need to talk to God, who knows every human need. He will come to help us if we ask Him. And He is more than able.

May the grace and peace of Abba Father the Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

Thank You, Abba Father, Lord Jesus Christ.
In the Name of Jesus, Amen.
Word Sabre, scribe for Abba Father, LORD GOD, Lord Most High, Lord Jesus Christ.
