Dear Abba Father, Lord Jesus Christ,
We commit our ways to You, Lord. We commit the future to You, Lord. We cannot see what lies ahead of us in these changing and unpredictable times. Lord, You are above all things and can prepare straight paths for us. Lord, we ask that You prepare straight paths before us, moving forward into the future. Lord, You can open doors that no man can shut and shut doors that no man can open. Lord, we confidently believe that You have our best interests at heart.
Lord, You are the winning side. Lord, the battle belongs to You, and You have already won it. The blood of Christ on the cross stands victorious as it forever atones for our sins and sets us free from the things that hold us back. In the words of Reverend Desmond Tutu, we invite everyone to come and join the winning side. To those who are willing, welcome aboard. To those who are unwilling, keep going your own merry way. We will continue to invite people into the kingdom of God, the Body of Christ, because it is a gift of God, a gift of truth and freedom, and His love.
May the grace and peace of Abba Father the Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
