In my preparation seasons, I had seasons with no fasting and prayer, and I’ve had seasons of fasting and prayer. I mainly fasted for health reasons, and God was able to use that as well, particularly since I was praying faithfully and consistently at the same time. Fasting definitely made a massive difference to prayer outcomes. As the scriptures say, “with faith as small as a mustard seed, nothing would be impossible”. [Matthew 17:19-20 NLT, Matthew 17:19-20 NKJV]
