In 2018, I started fasting 800 calories per day, fasting zero carbs and zero sugar (the keto diet), and intermittent fasting 16:8, a triple fast for five months, mainly for health reasons. After that, I increased my calorie intake to 1000 – 1200 calories per day while keeping to Intermittent Fasting 16:8 and fasting low carbs and zero sugar for six years. Today, I am eating 1500 – 1700 calories daily, eating one meal a day (OMAD) and fasting low carbs and zero sugar in the form of a Keto Mediterranean diet. Regular fasting helps a lot; it makes all the difference, like the difference between chalk and cheese. Fasting (and prayer) harnesses extraordinary spiritual powers and can multiply your results and fruits. It’s God doing the multiplication. Fasting is invaluable.
