There are a few reasons why I am writing this book. I would like to impart the spiritual gift of strategic leadership to those who are willing to go on this journey of leadership discovery, as the Father leads. As a spiritual gift, strategic leadership is almost second nature to me. As such, I cannot articulate the formulas and the mechanics of what this strategic leadership is. But I can impart the craft of strategic leadership. Perhaps these are the aspects of leadership that leaders of today seldom have the time to invest in. As John C. Maxwell says – Everything rises and falls on leadership.
Secondly, I am writing this book for myself – so that I am able to readily access this material as a conscious skill – again as the Father leads. I would like to hear what the Father has to say as He speaks to us.
Thirdly, I would like to tell you some of the things that I do from day to day as an example of strategic leadership, and perhaps you might be able to glean some lessons from my stories.
Fourthly, I would like to consolidate what I have learnt so far Raising Kings.
Fifthly, in the previous book Heaven on Earth, I have started the process of imparting the spiritual gift of strategic leadership. In this book Raising Kings, the process of imparting strategic leadership continues and is moving forward as the LORD GOD gives me the revelation and words to articulate, share and impart this gift.
